Cinema General Manager

Hans Holdiman

I’m Hans, the general manager of a three‑screen VIP cinema in Western Illinois. My days normally consist of orchestrating daily operations, ensuring staff accountability, managing budgets, planning local events, and providing an unforgettable cinema experience. I strive to be a principled and proactive person. I pride myself for being able to stay cool headed and logical under extreme amounts of stress. Beyond the silver screen, I’m a technologist at heart. I tinker with networks, servers and smart devices to build a home lab that doubles as a proving ground for my IT ambitions. Whether it’s deploying a SOHO network, running containers on a Linux host, or automating a home with Raspberry Pis, I enjoy turning curiosity into capability.

I would buy different streetwear brands like Supreme, Fullsend, Off-white's, Jordan's, etc. All these companies do limited edition releases so their products rise in value when resold. I would advertise on Stockx, Ebay, and Instagram. At the peak of business I was shipping out 100 different packages a month to different customers. Unfortunately, after COVID not as many people are spending their money on these brands. So I have transitioned into digitizing local artist work and selling them on t-shirts and other products.
